When We Were Kings
Hands down, The Rumble in the Jungle between George Foreman and Muhammad Ali in Kinshasa, DR Congo, is one of the biggest sporting events of all time. The documentary When We Were Kings, which focused on the thrilling bout and interviews with various celebrities, took nearly 22 years for director Leon Gast to finish. When it was finally released in theaters in 1996, it received critical acclaim and won the Oscar for Best Documentary Feature.
