Carolina Panthers' new regime is showing no love for the franchise veterans. According to The Athletic's Joseph Person, Panthers have decided to release their longtime kicker Graham Gano.
Reportedly, Panthers' decision was motivated by finances as cutting Gano will save them $2.8 million in the salary cap.
