The 2019/20 NBA season is already halfway through, but Andre Iguodala is nowhere to be seen on the basketball courts. And it seems Iguodala would like to keep it that way if Memphis Grizzlies don’t trade him to a team he prefers.

According to The Athletic’s David Aldridge, Igoudala handed the Grizzlies a list of teams to which he would like to go. In case that Memphis goes against his wishes and trades him somewhere else, the 36-year-old veteran is ready to sit out the entire season.

After he was sent by Golden State Warriors to Memphis in the offseason, Andre Igoudala and Grizzlies agreed that the veteran would remain away from the team until the two sides come up with the best way to move forward. Grizzlies hoped that they would manage to get a team trade for him while Iguodala was looking towards contract buyout, which would enable him to get to freely pick a team he will play for.

However, Grizzlies still haven’t managed to get the offer they are moved by and they would like to get a first-round pick for the player. However, according to reports, the only solid proposal they received was from Dallas Mavericks, who offered Courtney Lee’s expiring deal and a second-rounder via Warriors. It’s unclear whether Iguodala would be willing to go to Mavs if Memphis accepts this deal.

The list of Iguodala’s suitors also includes Los Angeles Lakers, LA Clippers, and Houston Rockets. Out of these three teams, Clippers seem like the only team that has assets to pull off a trade.
