A stunning football match at the Allianz Arena in Munich gave fans all around the world a glimpse at the coming season after a long summer of waiting. Allianz hosted the spectacular clash between Tottenham and Bayern Munich for the Audi Cup and the game left everyone speechless.

The match was a fierce struggle between the almost-equal clubs and ended with Tottenham being victorious after a penalties shootout that followed an even score of 2-2.

From the start, both of the teams showed determination and the first goal was scored in the 19th minute by Tottenham’s Erik Lamela. This was the only goal in the first half. The second halftime showed even greater struggle with the second goal being scored by Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen in the 59th minute. Jann-Fiete Arp gave Bayern back the initiative when he scored a goal in the 61st minute which was followed by another goal for Bayern scored by Alphonso Davies in the 81st minute. The result stayed even until the very end which led to a nerve-wrenching penalty shootout.

The match ended with 6-5 for Tottenham in the penalty shootout, with Boateng missing the last shot for Bayern.
