Week 10 of the NFL season has come and gone, and unbelievably, we are already nearly 60% of the way through the season.

There were clashes of titans last weekend, like the Sunday clash between the Seahawks and the 49ers, as well as memorable performances such as Ravens QB Lamar Jackson’s demolition of the Cincinnati Bengals.

Here is a look at the biggest winners of Week 10 in the National Football League.

Lamar Jackson

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson absolutely went off in his team’s 49-13 rout of the Bengals on Sunday. The current MVP frontrunner had arguably his best game as a professional, throwing for a total of 223 yards and 2 touchdowns on only 15 completions, also chipping in with 65 yards on the ground and a rushing touchdown.

At this point, Jackson and the 7-2 Ravens are one of the biggest surprises of the NFL season, and they’ll be looking to do even more down the stretch and into the playoffs.

Seattle Seahawks

Who said the NFC West race was already finished? The Seahawks, who have won the division in three of the past six seasons, climbed back into the hunt with a gritty Sunday night win over the previously-unbeaten 49ers that went into overtime at Century Link Field.

The Seahawks now sit at 8-2, only a half-game behind San Francisco, and have quarterback Russell Wilson playing arguably the best football of his career. Can Seattle hunt down Jimmy Garroppolo’s 49ers down the stretch? It looks even more possible now.

Ryan Tannehill

Not many expected the Titans to get much production out of new starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill after Marcus Mariota’s benching, but the former Dolphins quarterback has shown that he has something to offer.

Tannehill went off in the Titans’ surprising Sunday win over the Kansas City Chiefs, throwing for 181 yards and 2 touchdowns in a 35-32 thriller. Not only this, but he showed his steely veteran nerve down the stretch as he led the Titans down the field on their game-winning drive. He’s now thrown for 1,161 yards with 8 touchdowns and 4 interceptions since taking over. Has the former first-rounder revived his career?

Oakland Raiders

After all of the pre-season turmoil and question marks related to an inexperienced roster as well as the Antonio Brown saga, few could have pictured the Raiders with a 5-4 record and tied with the Steelers for the AFC’s final wild-card spot.

Yet, here we are. Jon Gruden’s team advanced past .500 for the first time all season with a 26-24 win over the Chargers on Thursday night. What’s even more surprising is that they only trail Kansas City by a half-game in the AFC West race. Could they shock the world and make the playoffs?

Week 8 of the 2019 NFL Season has come and gone, and we’re even closer to the midway point of the season. There were some unexpected results, shocking performances, and a little bit of good old-fashioned drama in a weekend of football that didn’t disappoint.

Now, it’s time to take a look at the biggest winners of Week 8 of this NFL season.

Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles were one of the biggest winners in Week 8 after storming past the Buffalo Bills in a 31-13 blowout on the road on Sunday.

The Eagles’ defense held strong and running back Jordan Howard had a big day, rushing for 96 yards and a touchdown, to take down one of the strongest teams in the league so far this season. It was the first time all season that Buffalo allowed more than 21 points in a game.

Most importantly for the Eagles, they now find themselves back in the midst of the NFC East division race. After looking dead in the water earlier in the season, Philly now only trails the Cowboys by half a game for the division lead.

Kirk Cousins

Kirk Cousins might not have been expected to be much more than a game manager after being acquired by the Minnesota Vikings over the offseason, but his recent performances including a big day in his team’s 19-9 win over Washington are proving that he’s more than that.

Cousins was nearly perfect on Sunday, completing 23 of 26 passes for 285 yards and zero interceptions. He was able to gain a measure of revenge against the team that gave up on him during the last offseason, and he’s showing himself to be more than capable as the head man of the 6-2 Vikings.

Drew Brees

Another quarterback that came to play on Sunday was Saints quarterback Drew Brees, who put up video game-like numbers in a 31-9 win over the Cardinals.

Brees, who returned from a torn thumb ligament to throw for 374 yards and 3 touchdowns, torched the hapless Cardinals defense that could do little to stop him.

Parts of New Orleans’ fanbase had wondered if Teddy Bridgewater would be the better man for the job after his strong performances during the veteran quarterback’s absence, but he put those doubts to rest on Sunday.

Fans of AFC South Teams

The most wide-open division in the NFL right now, without a doubt, is the AFC South.

After the division’s teams went 4-0 over the weekend, all of the teams now have at least a .500 record and a legitimate shot at both winning the division and making the playoffs.

The “cellar-dwelling” Titans and Jaguars are both 4-4 and find themselves within a game and a half of the division-leading Colts. Hot on Indianapolis’ heels are the Texans, who won in dramatic fashion on Sunday to move to 5-3. These teams’ fans can rejoice in the fact that their playoff dreams are still very much alive.

It’s hard to believe that the National Football League is already three weeks into the season. While some teams are excelling, such as the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams, others, like the Pittsburgh Steelers and Denver Broncos, are falling fast.

There were definitely some winners that came out of their third game of the season feeling happier than others. Here are our winners of Week 3.

Daniel Jones

The New York Giants made a bold move after two straight losses to start the season, benching veteran quarterback Eli Manning in favor of rookie Daniel Jones. And boy, did it pay off.

Jones had a sensational debut, leading the Giants to a comeback victory over the Bucs for their first win over the season. The rookie’s performance was historically good, as he became the first rookie quarterback in the Super Bowl era to throw for 300 yards and 2+ touchdowns along with 2+ rushing touchdowns in a game. Jones will look to continue his momentum and establish himself as a young star in the game as the season continues.

Los Angeles Rams

The Rams didn’t put in their most dominant performance on Sunday night in Cleveland, but it was enough to get the win. And what a win it was.

The Browns were looking to capitalize on their status as one of the league’s most-hyped teams, but the Rams’ defense absolutely shut down their passing attack led by Baker Mayfield. They held the Browns to only 270 total yards and did enough on offense to move to 3-0, which gives them a 2-game lead in the NFC West. The division is a tough one, with the 49ers and Seahawks both threatening, but the Rams are still a clear favorite after their big win.

New Orleans Saints

No Drew Brees? No problem for the Saints in their Week 3 win at the previously-undefeated Seahawks.

Teddy Bridgewater showed that he is a more-than-capable backup to take over for Brees during his injury absence in the team’s 33-27 shootout win in the rain at CenturyLink Field. Bridgewater threw for 177 yards and 2 touchdowns, showing that he’ll be a steady hand to guide the team until their veteran superstar can return.

Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs-Ravens matchup on Sunday afternoon was the league’s premier game of the weekend, and Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs came out on top with a tight 33-28 win.

Their win cements the Chiefs as the commanding leaders in the AFC West, as they hold a 2-game lead over the rest of the division. Patrick Mahomes has shown no signs of slowing down after his 2018 MVP season, a development that has Chiefs fans dreaming big. Could they take down Tom Brady and the Patriots to win the AFC? It certainly seems possible.
