The Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker looks likely to return to the court when his team takes on the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday, multiple sources claimed.

Booker has been struggling with a left groin strain, thereby bringing his fitness into question. Since the start of the season, Booker has missed a total of 24 games as a result of his ongoing groin strain as well as hamstring pain.

Averaging 27.1 points when he has been able to play this season, Booker has proven to be a key member of the Suns’ lineup. Following their 132-100 loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night, the Suns are now 8-11 without Booker as part of their lineup. Overall, the Suns are 27-26, placing eighth in the Western Conference standings and now just a half-game out of fifth place.

The Suns are beginning a five-game road trip on Friday when they face the Boston Celtics at the TD Garden. This is followed by the Pistons on Saturday, the Nets on Tuesday, and the Hawks again on Thursday, before wrapping up against the Indiana Pacers next Friday night.
