Don’t expect to see Stephen Curry in another team’s jersey, since the two times MVP wants to spend his entire NBA career with Golden State Warriors. During his appearance at The Bill Simmons Podcast, Curry was asked whether he wants to “be a Warrior for life?”

For sure I do. This is home.” – responded Curry. “This is where I want to be, for obvious reasons.”

There were speculations that Curry might return to his hometown of Charlotte later in his career and try to win a championship with the Hornets. But, it looks like that won’t be the case since the 30-year-old is now feeling at home in Bay Area more than in Charlotte.

I love the Bay Area, man,” – he added. “The only reason I go home now [to Charlotte] is if my sister’s getting married or to go play the Hornets for that one game, so I haven’t really been back much. I haven’t put my mind there.

You can’t blame Stephen Curry for not wanting to leave Golden State. Besides three NBA titles and five-year, $201 million, contract, he also has a foundation with the Warriors to dominate the league in the years to come.

Still, despite all his success, Curry isn’t about to let his guard down and is training hard over the summer.

There are a lot more elements to it and there’s a lot more strategy that goes into it,” – he said. “My body is responding amazing right now. … I can see just how much goes into just being ready to play, and then the summers you gotta lay that foundation.
