The Pittsburgh Steelers beat bitter division rival Baltimore on Sunday to maintain their spotless record and take a commanding two-game lead in the race for the AFC North.

The Steelers, who are the only NFL team that hasn’t suffered a defeat in 2020, came back from a 17-7 halftime deficit to defeat the team which took home the division title and the #1 seed in the AFC this year at the always-tough M&T Bank Stadium.

It was a classic Pittsburgh win, which came buoyed upon a Ben Roethlisberger performance which saw him take care of the ball and make big passes while relying on a strong defensive performance to limit MVP candidate quarterback Lamar Jackson.

The Steelers took advantage of a Jackson mistake to take a 7-0 lead after Robert Spilane returned an interception for a touchdown in the first quarter, but then Baltimore scored 17 unanswered points before the half.

Pittsburgh came back in the third quarter after an Eric Ebron TD reception and a James Conner score, but then saw Baltimore go back ahead after Jackson threw a touchdown early in the fourth quarter.

The Steelers took the lead for a final and definitive time with 7 minutes remaining however, as Roethlisberger made a key 8-yard touchdown throw to Chase Claypool.

Pittsburgh will look to stay undefeated and continue their hot run on the road against the Dallas Cowboys next Sunday.
