Brazilian forward Rodrygo signed a new deal with Real Madrid on Thursday, extending his contract with the club to June 2028, the club announced.
During his five seasons with Los Galacticos, the Brazilian has scored 39 goals and made 179 appearances in all competitions. He has won eight trophies with the team, including one UEFA Champions League and two La Liga titles. “Rodrygo has been instrumental in many of the trophies Real Madrid have lifted in recent seasons,” the club said of the forward.
Rodrygo is the second Real Madrid star to agree to a new deal with the Spanish club this week. Fellow Brazil international and winger Vinícius Júnior signed a new contract on Tuesday to keep him at the club until June 2027.
