Buffalo Bills continue to stockpile on running backs. After previously signing Frank Gore and Senorise Perry, Bills now added former Jacksonville Jaguars’ RB T. J. Yeldon.

Yeldon had a solid season in 2018, rushing for 414 yards and one touchdown while adding 55 receptions for 487 yards and four touchdowns.

Bills confirmed the movie on Monday, adding that Yeldon inked a two-year deal with the organization.

Entering the 2015 NFL Draft, T. J. Yeldon was regarded as one of the top rated RB prospects in his class. Jaguars took Yeldon 36th overall and made him a starter in his rookie season. After combined 1019 yards in his first year in Jacksonville, he started struggling with productivity and injuries and was relegated into a complementary role in last two seasons.

In Buffalo, Yeldon is expected to serve as an insurance policy in case Pro Bowler LeSean McCoy or Frank Gore suffers an injury but also to get combined with the duo in some games.

With Yeldon on board, it is now highly unlikely that Bills will end up spending a high draft pick on a running back in the upcoming draft.

“I don’t want to sit here and say we need it,” – said Bill’s general manager Brandon Beane last week when asked about drafting an RB. “I get it, we’ve got two guys who are over 30. We’ve paid attention to it. But I still think there’s guys who are out there and even some in free agency still who can help who will get on teams and help them.”

Gunner's favorite movies are Pulp Fiction, Iron Man (just the first one), and every James Bond film ever made. He's learning TV and cinema and hoping to always enjoy movies as he does now.
