The Baltimore Ravens have protected quarterback Lamar Jackson’s blind side for years to come. The team announced on Friday that they have signed All-Pro left tackle Ronnie Stanley to a five-year extension.

The deal will keep him with the organization through 2026.

“Ronnie is the mainstay on our offensive line,” said Ravens’ general manager Eric DeCosta in a statement. “He’s a shutdown left tackle who excels on the field and in our community. This is just the beginning for Ronnie, and we could not be happier for him and his family.”

Ravens didn’t disclose the financial terms of the contract, but according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Stanley’s extension is worth $98.75 million. He received $70.8 million in guarantees.

The deal makes Stanley the second-highest-paid tackle in the NFL with a $19.75 million annual salary. He is only behind Houston Texans’ Laremy Tunsil, who earns $22 million a year.

Ronnie Stanley has been with Baltimore Ravens since 2016 when the organization drafted him with the No.6 overall pick. Since then, Stanley made 61 starts in the NFL in Ravens jersey and has a Pro Bowl nod and First-team All-Pro honors to his name.
