Oakland Raiders hadn’t finished spending money this offseason. The team announced on Friday that they have signed center Rodney Hudson to a multi-year extension.

Although Raiders failed to disclose the financial terms of the deal, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports that the deal is worth $33.75 million over three years with $24.4 million being guaranteed. This deal makes Hudson the highest-paid center in NFL at the moment.

Since the 30-year-old had one year left on his old deal, this extension will now keep him with the organization through 2022.

Rodney Hudson spent the first four years of his career with Kansas City Chiefs, who took him in the second round of 2011 NFL Draft.  After his rookie deal expired, he decided to sign with Oakland Raiders in 2014 and became the franchise’s starting center.

After missing three games in his first year in Oakland, Hudson was ever-present on the field for the Raiders and established himself as one of the best players at his position in the entire NFL. He has two career Pro Bowls while also making PFWA All-AFC Team in 2015.
