NBA just announced its All-Rookie Teams for the 2019/20 season, and its safe to say that there are no major surprises.

As expected, the NBA’s All-Rookie First Team is headlined by Memphis Grizzlies’ guard Ja Morant, who also won this season’s Rookie of the Year award. Morant, the No.2 pick in the 2020 draft, was the only player to make the team unanimously after nearly leading the Grizzlies to a playoff appearance and averaging 17.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 7.3 assists and per game.

Aside from Morant, the First Team is also comprised out of this year’s first overall pick Zion Williamson (New Orleans Pelicans), Kendrick Nun (Miami Heat), Brandon Clark (Grizzlies), and Eric Paschall (Golden State Warriors).

The NBA’s All-Rookie Second Team consists of Miami’s Tyler Herro, Toronto Raptors’ Terence Davis, Chicago Bulls’ Coby White, Charlotte Hornets’ P.J. Washington, and Washington Wizards’ Rui Hachimura.

The NBA has revealed the winners and selections for the majority of the honors, but the two most important are still left to be awarded: All-NBA Teams and the Most Valuable Player Award.
