Indianapolis Colts intend to keep their offensive line, which allowed the fewest sacks in NFL in 2018, intact for the next season. According to ESPN‘s Adam Schefter, Colts’ re-signed guard Mark Glowinski with the 26-year-old inking a three-year deal, worth $18 million. With Glowinski’s deal out of the way, the organization now has all five starters on their O-line under contract for 2019.

Mark Glowinski was drafted in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks, spending his rookie season as a backup. In, 2016 managed to win the starting job and played all 16 games of the season. After opening the 2017 season as a starter as well, Glowinski lost his job in Week 3 and then fell down on the depth charge due to the emergence of veteran Oday Aboushi and rookie Ethan Pocic.

Seahawks decided to waive Glowinski in December 2017, after which he was claimed off waivers by Indianapolis Colts. Following the injury of Matt Slauson, he was named the team’s starting right guard in Week 6 and ended up starting the reminder of games for 2018 season.

Mark Glowinski played a big part in the excellent run that Indianapolis’ offensive line had during the 2018 regular season. They allowed league-low 18 sacks this season, while also helping their quarterback Andrew Luck to get 239 pass attempts without being sacked, which is the third-longest stretch in the NFL history.

Gunner's favorite movies are Pulp Fiction, Iron Man (just the first one), and every James Bond film ever made. He's learning TV and cinema and hoping to always enjoy movies as he does now.
