Manchester United suffered a double injury crisis in their 1-0 win over Luton Town in the Premier League on Saturday. Both Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund were forced off the field with injuries.
Near the end of the first half, Eriksen halted and clutched at his knee with the medical staff coming onto the field to treat him. He was subsequently substituted. While Rasmus Hojlund initially appeared willing to continue playing after tweaking his hamstring in the second half, he was soon forced off the field as well.
Currently, there are no further updates on the status of either player. This adds to the ongoing injury crisis going on at Man Utd, with Casemiro, Lisandro Martínez, Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia, and Jonny Evans all unavailable due to injury, while Jadon Sancho has been exiled from the first team due to a disciplinary issue.
