The Detroit Lions might be the best 0-6 team in recent memory. Despite going winless to start the 2021 NFL season, the Lions have been largely competitive in six games they played, and it’s fair to contribute some of their losses to bad luck.

Still, don’t expect Detroit’s head coach Dan Campbell to sit still and wait until their luck improves. Speaking with reports on Monday, Campbell wowed to make some changes in the team’s approach and “shake things up” in order to get one in the win column.

The adjustments won’t be just related to the roster or game plan and might even include some changes among the coaching staff.

“There are a couple things. I would say all of the above,” Campbell said when asked about the things he is looking to change. “I don’t want to get too far into where that’ll go, as far as the roster, but we’re looking at that. I think we’re going to shake things up here a little bit.”

Entering Week 7, the Detroit Lions remain the only team in the NFL without a single win this season. They are currently riding a 10-game losing streak, having also lost the final four games of the 2020 season.

While it might be a good thing for the Lions to make some changes, it is hard to see them turning things around next weekend. They are set to face the Los Angeles Rams, who are quarterbacked by Detroit’s former signal-caller Matthew Stafford and are entering the clash with a 5-1 record.
