The New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson is expected to return to action in Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills. The wide receiver was listed as questionable after injuring his right elbow, however, he revealed that he is leaning toward playing.
“It’s doing better,” Wilson confirmed to reporters following a practice session with his team on Friday. “I’m feeling good, so we’re going to rock this weekend.” He suffered his injury during last week’s 16-12 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, however, he was able to complete the game, making nine catches for 93 yards.
Wilson’s inclusion in Sunday’s game will be warmly welcomed by the Jets, who are in desperate need of a win after dropping two straight games to go 4-5. He leads the team with 55 catches for 642 yards and two touchdowns.
