Inter Miami CF Make an Offer For Chelsea’s Pedro

Inter Miami CF was linked with several high-profile European soccer players in past months, but they failed to sign any of them so far. Still, it seems like the club won’t give up on attempts to make a splash before their inaugural season in MLS. The latest European start linked with Miami is Chelsea’s winger Pedro.

According to The Athletic UK’s Simon Johnson, Pedro is one way out of the door at Chelsea and has a number of offers, including those from Inter and clubs from Spain and China.

This is in line with the previous report from Goal.com, which said that Inter Miami and NYCFC are hoping to lure the 32-year-old Spaniard to MLS.

Pedro hasn’t played much this season, making just five appearances in the league and failing to contribute with goals or assists. He is clearly not in manager Frank Lampard’s plans, and the club isn’t making efforts to extend his deal, which expires in the summer. This is where MLS clubs might have their chance, as they could get the player for cheap.

Pedro has been with Chelsea since 2015 and has scored 42 goals for the club while helping them win three trophies, including Premier League title. He previously also played with Barcelona from 2008 to 2015, winning 20 trophies and scoring 99 goals.

Gunner's favorite movies are Pulp Fiction, Iron Man (just the first one), and every James Bond film ever made. He's learning TV and cinema and hoping to always enjoy movies as he does now.
