Miami Heat guard Victor Oladipo exited early from his team’s 121-99 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 3 of their playoff clash on Saturday night due to injury.

Oladipo collapsed during the fourth quarter, immediately clutching at his left knee. While he refused a stretcher to help him off the court, Oladipo was unable to continue the game.

“It was a great win, but when you see a player go down like that and particularly a player like Vic, who has gone through so much in the last three years — I don’t know what it is right now, so I don’t want to jump the gun on anything,” Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra stated.

Currently, Miami is awaiting test results to see the extent of Oladipo’s injury. While the severity of the injury is still unknown, Oladipo has already picked up a major knee injury in his career, albeit on his right knee. The 30-year-old player suffered a ruptured quad tendon in his right knee in January 2019, requiring him to undergo a second surgery in May 2021.

Miami now leads the Bucks 2-1 in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
