Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is preparing for his team’s next match as per usual, sources told ESPN. This comes amid speculation surrounding the manager’s future following his team’s persistent poor form.

On Tuesday, Man United’s executive leadership, including co-owners Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Joel Glazer, engaged in a six-hour meeting in central London, fanning further speculation that Ten Hag’s days may be numbered. Currently, United are sitting in 14th position on the Premier League table, with fans becoming increasingly frustrated with Ten Hag’s tenure.

With United set to host Brentford at Old Trafford on October 19 following the conclusion of the international break, goalscoring has been a constant issue for Ten Hag’s team, with Southampton as the only team in the Premier League that has scored fewer goals than United. The team also failed to win either of its opening two Europa League matches, albeit against weaker opposition.
