The Dallas Cowboys have their sights set on the NFC East title after defeating the Tennessee Titans 27-13 on Thursday night. Numerous pundits believe that on paper, the Cowboys should have won by more, particularly since the Titans took the decision to rest several key players.

When questioned about his team’s performance, quarterback Dak Prescott commented, “A win’s a win, and we’re going to take it and we’re going to get better from the mistakes and make sure that we’re improving. But a road win, short week, you’ve got to take them all. And style points and all that, that’s for y’all who think games are won on paper.”

For the Titans, the result has no effect on their season’s outcome, with everything to play for in their upcoming game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Cowboys, on the other hand, will be seeking the NFC East title.

Despite an impressive 12-4 record this season, the Cowboys are ranked second in the division behind the Philadelphia Eagles, who have a 13-2 record.

Should the Eagles lose their upcoming clash with the Washington Commanders, then a win will be enough for the Cowboys against the Washington Commanders in order to clinch the division title.
