The newly appointed Cleveland Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens will reportedly announce Todd Monken and Steve Wilks as the new offensive and defensive coordinators on Monday during his introductory press conference.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Browns are bringing in former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator (Monken) to hold the same position in Cleveland. Kitchens is also hiring former Arizona Cardinals head coach, Wilks, to act as the team’s defensive coordinator.

Wilks served as the Cardinal’s head coach for just one season. He was hired last December after a 3-13 record, the worst record in Arizona. He previously worked for the Panthers as the defensive coordinator and as an assistant head coach. The 49-year-old has also had similar roles with the Bears and in San Diego.

Monken, on the other hand, was Tampa Bay’s offensive coordinator for three seasons. His other experience was with the Jaguars where he worked as the team’s receivers coach for four years.
