After plenty of uncertainty, the Boston Celtics gave the people what they wanted on Sunday, inking one of the season’s most intriguing stories to a two-way deal for the 2019-20 season.

Fall, who went undrafted out of Central Florida after impressing as a 7’6″ big man, inked a contract that will see him split time between the NBA Celtics and their G-League affiliate during the season.

The Senegal native, who averaged 11 points and 7.7 rebounds per game for the Golden Knights in his senior season, has impressed for the Celtics in their preseason camp this season with his size and potential.

Fall’s contract allows him to spend up to 45 days with Boston during the season. This means that he will spend the majority of the year receiving coaching and playing time for the Celtics’ G-League affiliate in Maine, where the team hopes that he will grow and develop further.

This intriguing player, who will become the NBA’s tallest player when he makes his debut this season, is said to have potential by scouts, but needs to undergo more training and coaching if he is to realize his full potential due to a lack of experience.

Keep an eye out for Fall this season as he looks to impress in his debut season in the NBA.

Ben loves sports so much but prefers watching other people do it. He prefers not to share what teams he's supporting but he is willing to admit that Lebron James is, in fact, the king.
