Manchester City lost 4-3 to Celtic in the opening game of their pre-season tour of the United States. The game got off to a fast start, with Nicolas Gerrit Kühn opening the scoring for the Scottish side after just 13 minutes. While Oscar Bobb equalized for Man City in the 33rd minute, it took just three minutes for Celtic to restore their lead courtesy of another Kühn strike. Kyogo Furuhashi netted before the break to hand Celtic a 3-1 half-time lead.

While Man City’s star striker Erling Haaland managed to get on the score sheet along with Máximo Perrone, their contributions proved to be insufficient as Luis Palma scored the winner for the Scottish underdogs in the 68th minute. Still, it was a learning experience for Haaland, who started the match as captain of the reigning Premier League champions.

Goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel made his debut for new club Celtic, who appeared to make good on the fact that they have participated in more pre-season games to date than their English counterparts. Manager Pep Guardiola is hopeful that his Man City side improve their performances as they gear up to face AC Milan and Barcelona in their US tour.

Gunner's favorite movies are Pulp Fiction, Iron Man (just the first one), and every James Bond film ever made. He's learning TV and cinema and hoping to always enjoy movies as he does now.
