England international and Burnley’s goalkeeper Joe Hart is reportedly considering a move to Major League Soccer.

British magazine The Sun reports that Hart is unhappy in Burnley, and might be up for a move to the United States in order to find his form again. The 31-year-old only played 19 matches this season, with the last one coming in December when he conceded five goals in a Boxing Day match against Everton.  It is believed that the Premier League team would be happy to let him go if someone will cover his wages, as the coach Sean Dyche believes Tom Heaton and youngster Nick Pope more.

If Joe Hart decides to make a switch to MLS, it remains unclear where he would land. One of the options is Columbus Crew, whose current No.1 Zack Steffen is joining Premier League powerhouse Manchester City in the summer.

Hart started his career with Shrewsbury Town, before joining Manchester City in 2006. After several loan moves, he cemented his place as the team’s first goalkeeper in 2010 and went on to win several honors including two Premier League titles.

In 2016, however, Joe Hart’s luck changed since Man City’s new manager Pep Guardiola didn’t like his style of play. After being linked with several high-profile European clubs, Hart decided to join Torino in Seria A. He spent the last season on another loan, this time with West Ham United, before agreeing to a two-year deal with Burnley.
