Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry is a man who isn’t afraid to speak about himself in superlatives. He has proved that in a recent interview with ESPN by saying that he is the “best receiver in the NFL.” According to Landry, he is the most complete player compared to other wideouts in the league.

The people that play the game (such as) Steve Smith, Hines Ward, (and) Anquan Boldin. These are the guys that I feel played the right way. Complete. That’s why I feel like I am the best receiver in the NFL today because I am complete in that way.”

I respect the game. I believe if you turn on the tape I’m not taking no plays off. I am going to block who I need to block and I’m getting to my assignment and I am making plays in the pass game,” – the 25-year-old added after being asked whether he is better than Pittsburgh Steelers’ Antonio Brown.

While there is a lot of room for debate when it comes to Jarvis Landry being among the top WRs in the league, no one can deny that he was very successful during his time in the league.

Landry made three straight Pro Bowl selections from 2015 to 2017 and led the NFL in receptions last season. His 400 career receptions are also the most by a player through his first four years in the league’s history.
