As the NFL trade deadline approaches, we are starting to hear more rumors about possible deals that could happen before October 30th. One of the bigger names that were included in those rumors recently is Denver Broncos’ Pro Bowl receiver Demaryius Thomas.

According to NFL Insider Ian Rapaport, Broncos are looking to offload some of their star players after a bad start of the season, and Thomas is the prime candidate for that.
The 30-year- old himself is also well aware that his time in Denver could be over.

How would you feel at your job [if] your boss, whoever, said they wanted you someplace else?” – said Thomas according to The Athletic. “And you come into work every day and have to think about it? How would you feel? But I had to do it for my team, like it was normal, act like it was normal. It just kept coming up, from left and right. … I had to think about it. … It’ll be interesting to see what happens in the next couple days.”

When asked about the odds of him actually being traded, Thomas said that they are “50-50” at this moment.

I’ll be on a squad. I’ll be able to play ball,” – he added. “I’ll be able to do what I love. If it’s the Broncos, I would love it. But if it’s not, it’s a business. I gotta deal with it.

Even though Denver Broncos are struggling in 2018, Demaryius Thomas has had a solid season so far. He caught 36 passes for 402 yards and three touchdowns.
