The Boston Celtics handed the Chicago Bulls their worst defeat in history, beating them 133-77 Saturday night.

Jaylen Brown came from the bench to score 23 points while Daniel Theis scored a career-high 22 points and 10 rebounds in his first game this season.

ā€œI was real excited,ā€ – Theis said. ā€œIā€™m just trying to help the team,Ā however I can. Itā€™s been a while since Iā€™ve played that long, but I feel great.ā€

The Bulls lost a game by more than 50 points for the first time since 2001 while the Celtics won with the same margin for the first time since 1962. Chicago came to the game one week after firing manager Fred Hoiberg on Monday.

ā€œDisappointing effort. Disappointing outcome after a hard-fought two games,ā€ Bulls new coach Jim Boylen said. ā€œIā€™m disappointed. Iā€™m not discouraged. We gotta care more about our effort on a nightly basis.ā€

Boylen knows he has a long way to go before he can turn things around in Chicago. When the Bullsā€™ starting lineup couldnā€™t convert shot into points, he pulled them out with 21 minutes left to play. He later told the Chicago Tribune that it was all part of his plan with the team.

Ben loves sports so much but prefers watching other people do it. He prefers not to share what teams he's supporting but he is willing to admit that Lebron James is, in fact, the king.
