It appears that star winger Willian isn’t interested in renewing his contract with Chelsea. Brazilian recently had a chat with Expediente Futebol and confirmed that the chances of him remaining on Stamford Bridge are slim.

Willian’s contract is expiring in June, and Chelsea’s attempts to get the 31-year-old to ink an extension remained fruitless.

“With Chelsea, it’s over,” said Willian. “Everyone knows my contract ends in a few months. A renewal is difficult.”

It appears that Willian won’t lack suitors once his time in Premier League comes to an end. Mundo Deportivo reports that the Brazilian already has Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain standing in line for his signature.

PSG’s sporting director Leonardo tried to bring Willian to France in the past, but Chelsea wasn’t willing to sell. Without the club standing in his way, his chances increased exponentially. Barca, on the other hand, is keen on adding another playmaker and has identified Willian as a perfect fit for their system. La Liga giants will reportedly make an approach to the player in the following weeks.

Willian has been with Chelsea since 2013 and has helped the team win two Premier League titles and UEFA Europa League trophy. He made 28 appearances in the national competition this season, scoring five goals, and adding five assists.
