Anthony Joshua has encouraged Deontay Wilder to step up and fight him in the UK.

Wilder and Joshua are regarded as two of the best heavyweight boxers of the current generation and there has been much talk about the two potentially facing off in a unification bout.

Should such a fight take place, it will be one of the biggest in history. Joshua added the WBO heavyweight belt to his WBA and IBF belts when he defeated Joseph Parker on March 31. If the Englishman gets Wilder’s WBC belt, he would hold all four titles and become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.

This is the situation I’m thinking,” – Joshua said at a Lyons Den Q&A. “So with this Las Vegas talk, I owe it to everyone in Great Britain that has been supporting me to do my best to get this fight in the UK, in my opinion, that’s number one. He [Wilder] has kind of said, ‘alright, cool, come fight me in America’. But the thing is with that, I owe it to the fans and everyone supporting me to do it here.
