Dallas Cowboys’ wideout Amari Cooper will face a tough task in the upcoming playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams since he will go up against Pro Bowl cornerbacks Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters. And, while some NFL analysts are questioning Cooper’s ability to respond to this challenge, the 24-year-old isn’t worried at all.

“I’ve played against those guys twice a year, both of them, I know them in and out,” – said Cooper about the potential matchups. “I know how they play, and I’m able to tell my teammates, the quarterback their tendencies.”

As a member of Oakland Raiders, who drafted him fourth overall in 2015, Amari Cooper played six times against Aqib Talib during the time the 32-year-old was a member of Denver Broncos. In those six games, Cooper didn’t have his best performances since he totaled 17 catches for 160 yards and two touchdowns.

Against Marcus Peters, however, Copper was a lot better and has had 32 receptions for 457 yards and two touchdowns in six matches.

After more than three years in Oakland, Amari Cooper was traded to the Dallas Cowboys in October 2018 for a 2019 first round draft pick. This turned out to be a great trade for the Cowboys since Cooper played a crucial role in helping the team to win the NFC East with 53 receptions for 725 yards and six touchdowns.
